2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Our company provides professional water supply contractor services in Selangor, including water pipe installation, water meter installation, pump maintenance, pipe pressure testing, and sewerage works before the meter.

Any cost estimates provided through the online calculator or initial consultations are rough estimates only and subject to formal evaluation on the project site.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful application information.
• Ensure safe access to the premises to facilitate our representatives in conducting site inspections or installations.
• Provide valid supporting documents required by Air Selangor for water meter applications.

4. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT

All official quotes will be issued in writing. Our contractor service fees do not include the official Air Selangor water supply deposit, which must be paid directly by the applicant to Air Selangor.

Payments must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the official quotation document.

5. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend pricing or terms of work if there are unforeseen circumstances or changes in the original geological/infrastructure conditions at the project site that were not disclosed during initial discussions.
